Ideal family house with ocean views, ducted aircon. Light filled home with spacious kitchen at heart of the house. Open plan living. Front balcony with ocean views. Covered entertainment deck in the back, generous back yard with amazing kids play equipment adjacent to neighbouring park. Free WIFI, smart TVs. Stroll to beach and Watonga Street cafes, restaurants and gourmet shops. Seven minutes drive to downtown Port Macquarie.

BEDDING
Total 6-7 beds:
1x Super King in master bedroom upstairs
1x Queen in second bedroom upstairs
2x Single beds in third bedroom upstairs
2x King singles in downstairs room (one is a trundle)
1 x Futon (for children) in downstairs room

LAYOUT
Upstairs has entry way that leads to open plan lounge, large modern kitchen with gas oven and dining. Out the back an outdoor entertainment deck with large dining table and comfy outdoor setting overlooking the fully fenced back yard. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms down the hallway and one bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Downstairs is a large room with queen bed and king single, with an theatre style smart TV. Adjacent is a traditional style second bathroom. Laundry with washing machine and dryer in converted garage space.

The house has ducted aircon in bedrooms plus an extra aircon in the family room.

Nespresso coffee machine
BBQ on back deck (Weber type or equivalent)

THE AREA
Port Macquarie is all about the beach and outdoor lifestyle and gourmet, locally sourced fresh food. Enjoy the whales passing by during their migration from May-November.

Pets are cherished members of your family and well behaved pets are most welcome to come along, just chat to us about your needs and give us a heads up on type of breed and age as courtesy to the property owners! Please keep pets off lounges and beds and kindly clean up after them.

Property not suitable to young adult groups, schoolies, student groups, large loud adult groups, hens or bucks parties. Minimum age requirement is 24 years of age. We mostly cater to families.

Deja Bleu - Perfect for Families

From the moment we walked through the front door, this property was perfect! Beautifully presented, large living spaces & well appointed bedrooms, the house was exactly as described. We had 10 adults in our group and at no time did we feel cramped. Beds were super comfy & plenty of blankets provided for the cool nights. Bathrooms & kitchen also very well appointed. We loved the outdoor space & fire pit. Great location close to town & amenities. Highly recommend this property & would return in a heartbeat! Thank you to the Deja Bleu team!
