"Paid for superior room ocean view and was put in a room with 2 channels available to watch on TV, the is no room service. Server raw ribs. Was refused alcahole by 1 staff member and told to sit in the corner by myself then to pay for a GOODBYE PARRIS Mocktail which never received and then served ..."
