"Want to thank the cleaning staff. I left and expensive instrument and was able to get UPS to pick it up and mail back to me. I was grateful it was turned in to lost and found. There is always some doubt that things won’t get turned in at any hotel. But I was able to recover it here. Thank you. "

"The hotel smelt clean and looked clean. Breakfast smelled extremely good. Even though I did not eat. It. Filled the hotel with waffle and syrup smell. The front desk people were nice. The room smelled very clean and looked very clean. The pool was nice and warm but the pool room was cold. But it was cold outside and they had the windows open"

"Initially We were assigned to room 206. The room was clean and nice; however, the shower stall was a disaster. We noticed and phographed black mold at the bottom of one of the walls. The next day we informed the front desk. They apologized and promptly moved us to another room- 326. Unfortunately, the shower stall in room 326 also has a black mold issue, albeit not quite as obvious as room 206. The mold is located at the bottom of the stationary panel. "The mattress was comfortable at first to lay on but a little too firm for me to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was good and enough choices. Nobody was present during checkout but hopefully we don’t get charged for anything."

"I reserved a 1 bedroom with fireplace room two weeks ahead of my stay . When I arrived on that wednesday April 29 I was told someone was staying over and I could not have the room I reserved. I was given a choice of a suite with a King Bed or a 1 bedroom with two tv's. I arrived at 10 so I chose the 1 bedroom since I had a meeting at 9 AM. So I paid extra for a room I did not get.
