"We had an excellent stay. The property is located conveniently to Rockland/Rockport/Camden and even Waldoboro so we were able to go to The famous Moddys Diner! The unit was clean with plenty of linens. Washer and dryer, dishwasher- these amenities helped us to relax and enjoy our vacation. "There was a big winter snow storm, i was staying at Tradewinds to be close to work. Staff was very accomodating, i was allowed to check in early - which was very important since i would be getting out of work after 10pm. This may happen again if this winter keeps being so snowy! I am curious if there is some sort of "frequent visitor" status or program for discounts? I am quite sure i will be back, and i recommend this hotel to family and friends. Hopefully next time i can actually spend time...

"We loved our stay here! What I loved most was the common area with the large sectional and seating area. Plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out! We used the kitchen for all meals and it was adequately stocked with everything we needed for cookware and utensils. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. "House was immaculate, roomy and up to date. Anything needed was supplied. Host could not have been more attentive and accommodating to our needs. All of our party were adults but had a great time with shuffleboard, board games, and hot tub. Perfect combination of adult and kid friendly home. Location was far enough away from town for privacy but close enough if needed anything or wanted to go out for dinner and drinks. Will definitely stay again when in the area."

"Communication with Property Owner was excellent. This cute little cottage has been renovated and has a nice feel indoors. There is a beautiful porch on the back with a lovely view. The unit includes a mini fridge and mini microwave along with a little table and two chairs. If you have long hair, water pressure could be a concern. My shower worked great but the sink water pressure was not strong. The bed was comfortable and the decor was nice. The air conditioning works fine."

"Spacious cottage (in a resort full of cottages) nicely located to visit Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and a day trip to the Portland coast. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside. The back patio area is small and needs cleanup but we did not need it. "
