"Karla’s studio is an ideal pied a terre. It’s an easy walk to campus, cafes, restos and shops. While close to amenities it also offers privacy and serenity as it’s tucked into the hillside, surrounded by trees and gardens. The studio was very clean and well appointed. Karla was a warm host, helpful and responsive to questions. I already dream of returning! "

"the property was wow! absolutely beautiful. we had an awesome time with family and friends in this property. Chris was very kind and helpful. communication was great too. we will definitely want to stay here again in the future. thanks Chris! "

"The owner was quick to respond and checked on us when the power went out. The alarm system was a bit of an annoyance. It chirped our whole stay, even after we replaced the battery in the smoke detector. To be fair we did not contact the owner with this complaint. We were so busy with funeral services that we just did not have the energy. Also the dishwasher is in need of some attention "

"We had a fantastic weekend and really appreciated coming home to a clean, well designed home with all the amenities needed to enjoy our time there. We explored all day Saturday and Sunday enjoying the quiet neighborhood for our evenings and early mornings.Host, Ana, was fantastic! Very professional, accommodating and responsive. We would recommend staying here to spend time in surrounding areas- Napa, yountville, Calistoga -perfect location!"

"It was comfortable & cute, but yard, small that we knew, wasn't quite what we expected for sitting out there if wanted to. Not kept up. We pretty much stayed there for location for graduation & area. Great for walking & restaurants/coffee shops. "

The hot tub was well used!!There was plenty of space in the house for us all to spread out and it was as described. The house was very well equipped which made cooking etc very easy. "We stayed this past weekend. Our group was 8 adults, the house was clean and large enough for us. We did not get a chance to enjoy the pool, though it was unheated so make sure you plan accordingly. The beds were comfortable and pillows were good. Neighborhood looks a little worn and unkempt, but the house is great. Very convenient access to Napa."

"My son and I have an awesome stay in the Treetop Refuge. The host was very accessible, communcatice, and kind. The space was clean and well ordered. If given the chance I would certainly stay there again."

"We found the property to be a bit musty. We also noted that the neighborhood seems to have some issues with short-term rentals; a neighbor expressed their displeasure because our presence caused their dog to bark.Overall, the property did meet our basic needs."
