The Other PC Cottage

Relax with the whole family at The Other PC Cottage — a spacious coastal retreat on a quiet street, moments from Port Campbell beach. Whether you`re chasing adventure along the Great Ocean Road or craving fresh air and good food, this is the place to do it in style. Just 10 minute drive from the 12 Apostles & 500 metres from the town centre. Sleeping up to 6 guests across 3 comfortable bedrooms, it`s ideal for families and friend groups looking to unwind in good company.

A peaceful cottage nestled at the back of the block, where the pace slows down the moment you arrive — and with the town centre and Port Campbell Bay both an easy walk away, you can leave the car parked for the weekend.

The glorious balcony is the heart of the place — outdoor dining at one end, a spot to switch off with a book at the other. Watch the sun go down, then stay out for the stars. Fitted with a Weber Q for easy dinners.

There`s also a separate rumpus room outside, fitted with a couch, table and a portable heater so it`s comfortable year-round — a great spot for the kids to spread out, a card game after dinner, or somewhere extra to sit and relax.

Bedroom 1 — King bed, walk-in robe and a lounge chair, with a floor-to-ceiling sliding door to let in the sea breeze and sunshine.

All linen and towels are supplied, along with extra heating and blankets for the cooler months.

The bathroom has been newly renovated and features a spacious walk-in shower, and there`s a dedicated laundry area fitted with a washing machine — handy for longer stays and sandy beach days.

The kitchen is newly renovated too, with large benches for prepping and enjoying meals at the end of the day. Alongside it you`ll find a comfortable lounge with a large TV and streaming services, Starlink Wi-Fi, and an indoor fireplace — nothing beats the cosy feeling of a cottage while you`re away on holidays.

Getting around — Free parking on site, with the town centre, cafes and Port Campbell Bay all within walking distance. The Twelve Apostles are a short drive along the coast.

Please note — The cottage sits up off the ground, with entry via a staircase. There is no step-free access, so please keep this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility needs or you`re travelling with a pram.

Pet friendly — please note the yard isn`t currently enclosed (it`s coming!), so dogs will need supervision outdoors.

• No parties or events.
• Leave the house as you found it. Extra cleaning fees may apply if left untidy.
• Dishes must be washed and all food scraps placed in the rubbish.
• Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the property.
• Shoes off at the door, please.
• No food or drinks on the couches.
• Use coasters for hot pots. Damage to the dining table will incur replacement charges.
• Check-in from 3pm / Check-out strictly 10am. Please contact us if you require different times.
• Message host on arrival and departure to assist with staff coordination.
• No smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.
• Take care with spills on floors to avoid slips and property damage.
• Dispose of rubbish correctly:
• Red lid → General waste
• Purple lid → Glass
• Green lid → Food scraps & garden waste
• Yellow lid → Recycling
• Report any damage immediately. Additional fees may apply.
