Start your mornings on the deck, perfect for a cup of coffee! When you are ready to head to the beach, it’s just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle drive away. Beach chairs for adults and small children, as well as boogie boards, are provided!

Your family will love this tastefully decorated, bright and cheery house. The television features satellite TV, Blu-ray player, and there is high speed internet for your convenience. Fish Tale Flats has a large living room and dining area, including a dining table that accommodates 8. The kitchen features a bar with 4 bar stools and plenty of cabinet space. It's well stocked with all the kitchenware you need, including a Keurig coffee maker. There is even a washer and dryer on the premises.

With over 1400 square feet, the home comfortably sleeps 12. The primary suite has a king bed, Roku TV and and ensuite bath with a large tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with Roku TV, and the third bedroom offers 2 sets of full over full bunk beds. The bunk room television is internet-connected with Hulu and Netflix for your streaming accounts.

On the ground level, there is a great covered area that offers a tiki bar where you can relax with your family and friends, and barbecue on the charcoal grill. There is an outdoor fire pit with built-in seating for your enjoyment (firewood not included). You'll also love the outdoor shower when it's time to wash away the sand from a memorable beach day.

No need to pack heavy, as a starter supply of paper towels, garbage bags, toilet tissue, bath soap and shampoo/conditioner are provided.

No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
