This prime location is in the heart of Crystal Beach, close to both the beach and bay, and conveniently located close to shops and restaurants.

The open floor plan has comfy coastal decor, and the kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs, including a Keurig coffee maker. High speed internet is also provided.

With approximately 870 square feet, this 1 bedroom home sleeps up to five guests comfortably with a King and twin in the master bedroom, and a queen pull out couch in the living room.

Downstairs you will find a charcoal barbecue pit, lawn furniture, picnic table, outdoor shower, twin sized porch swing, and a fenced in yard for your small pets.

You also have access to garage which has an additional half bath, cushions for a twin bed swing, charcoal grill, fire pit, and four rocking chairs for you to place outside wherever you'd like.

Covered RV hookup available to rent for an additional $75 per night with power provided. Please call us to add this amenity to your reservation.

Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
