"No one at front desk—a man arrived but did not speak English; we thought he was a guest but he called someone on his cell phone and handed it to me—a woman spoke with me briefly and then the man showed us to our room. "The property is spacious with a lovely terrace and pool area. It is a few steps from both the seafront and the shops. The owner was very helpful, arranging airport transfers, a hire car and a late departure on our final day. We would stay again if we return to Kefalonia."
