"Laura" is a beautiful and cosy vacation rental surrounded by lush trees, meadows, and fields, offering a peaceful and secluded retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With a private park spanning 3,000 m2, complete with a fenced lawn and trees, this rental provides ample space for relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking and indulge in the refreshing swimming pool, measuring 12 x 6 m with a depth of 130-170 cm, available seasonally from May 2nd to September 26th. The property also features Internet Wifi, ensuring seamless connectivity throughout your stay.

The manor house "Laura" boasts a stunning outdoor space, featuring a private park spanning an impressive 3,000 m2. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of lush greenery, with a fenced lawn and towering trees surrounding the property. Unit Layout
The villa you will be staying in is a spacious 7-room residence spanning 240 square meters across three levels. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall that leads to a room with two single beds (80 cm) and a shower/WC. As you ascend to the upper floor, you'll find a generously sized living/dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a separate dining room with a table, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas burners, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, as well as a small dining table. This level also features a shower/bidet/WC. Continuing to the second upper floor, you'll discover a living/sleeping room with a double bed (135 cm), an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only), a dining table, and satellite TV. Additionally, there are three more bedrooms on this floor, each with a double bed (160 cm), and a bath/bidet/WC. The villa is heated with gas.

The villa comes well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Outdoor spaces include two terraces and a porch, as well as a portable barbecue, offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Inside, you'll find a washing machine, children's high chair, and a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds. Complimentary WiFi internet access is also provided. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and a maximum of three pets/dogs are allowed.

Our stay was amazing. The pool and house were very clean. Diletta helped us beyond measure from the first time we met her to the last day. House was close to stores, cafes, gelato. We can’t wait to come back!
