"During my week in Auroville, this was our favourite stay. Seaview, and great roof top terrace good both for excersise and stargazing. Appreciated the small touches like kettle with complementary tea and coffee, toilet paper and daily cleaning. Parking indoors, for extra safety; excellent WiFi, I had a few zoom meetings while there; and just by the bus stop. "

"Handily located in the delightful city of Puducherry, the Atithi is modern and comfortable. It is not a resort hotel but has great staff, spacious rooms and a great roof-top swimming pool. If I had any issues, the pool could do with some shady areas. Cleanliness in the big rooms and bathrooms was generally good though they didn’t seem to often wipe the windows! Quite a lot of smears. Breakfast was excellent."

"We are a family couple from chennai booked hotel at last minute. We have experience lot of hotel in pondicherry but want to experince a new hotel so first tkme booked with expedia and got offers too. Its inside pondicherry but from the main city 7km and close to paradise beach and pondy ocean park. "Brilliant place, food very good. Limited menu but very tasty. The staff cannot do enough to help you. Very polite and discreet. nice clean pool. Quiet at night. Very modern room with a memory foam mattress, very comfy and large. Fridge and tea and coffee making. AC very cold and very quiet ceiling fan makes for a good night's sleep. "

"This is an exquisite hotel in the old French town in Pondicherry. Although not a heritage hotel, hotel, to their credit, made it a point to make it look so. Kudo. The rooms are luxurious and have all the amenities one would want. The from office staff, two men and a woman whose names I will add in when have access to the paper, were kind, courteous and super-helpful. I had a wonderful time!!!"
