"Great stay. The styling was nice, cozy and the place was clean and organized. I like the setup with the lighting in the backyard. There was also a creek that ran along the backyard, which was nice. My only critique would be the check-in and out time felt a little short. Would be nice if it was more like 3pm-11am (hotel check-in/out times) but that's just my opinion. The owner was great and easy to communicate with."

"All in all it was a very nice place for my family and easy access to Savannah. Adding hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful and perhaps raising the theater screen a bit. We had a few issues with losing power due to the storm (not owners fault) and AC went out which was fixed within 24 hours through owner. Excellent communication. We would rent from them again. "

"Very disappointed with the overall condition and upkeep of the house. I don’t feel like the house lived up to the expectation of the photos that were presented. Upon our arrival we were greeted with overflowing trash bins and an entire section of the couch broken and left outside. The external door on the side of the house would not lock and the front door didn’t latch very well. The back porch had holes in the screens and one entire screen was missing - the cushions out there were also moldy....

"The house is in moderate shape with some very odd design choices from the last renovation. For instance, the lighting in the master bedroom is not hard wired at all and has wires running over the walls to wall fixtures. For such a small house it has a lot of light switches which makes finding the right one difficult. The kitchen is poorly equipped with few utensils and the appliances are very cheap. Lastly the house has two full bathrooms upstairs with a half bath downstairs. The detail page...

"Overall, it was a good stay. There were multiple issues/concerns noticed when first arrived; light bulbs out in many places, floor was dirty is some areas, toilet lid was broken/cracked in the half bath (although able to used) and the outside trash was full that were brought to the owners attention upon arrival. Owner was attentive for the most part and was able to have someone out the next morning to change the light bulbs. "
