"Very friendly & accommodating staff. Excellent location for town centre, train station & quay. Excellent food with lovely eating areas. Enjoyed our stay. Room was good, but all that prevented giving 5 stars was that it would have been nice to have had some proper drawers to put clothes in."

"The room door did not close unless you locked it. many of the bathroom fittings were loose and the shower hardly worked. generally repairs were very poorly done and most just bodged up. would not stay here again."
