"We had a great time. We were there for three weeks. The pool was beautiful warm and clean the properties. Very pretty many plantings everywhere. Even the animals hung around once in a while. We’re very friendly purring cat on your lap on vacation is kind of cool. Our host Barbara was very attentive to our needs and questions about Aruba. "Property was pitiful, small, dirty, bugs, inadequate shower, couldn’t flush toilet paper, was told by checking host we needed to put to in the trash and not the toilet. Extremely small room, air didn’t work and no lock on the door. Want a full refund, didn’t stay ever one hour."

"The resort is new and beautiful, and for the most part the service is good. However, in my opinion it is overpriced and heavily boosted by social media hype.
At a so-called luxury resort, details matter, and this property falls short in some areas.

"Room was fine. The food needs a total overhaul. The buffet was uninspiring, cold items, not much variety. The four restaurants seem to be “filled” every night and no reservations were left but when you walked my there were so many empty tables. Why? The pool is small and can never get a chair. People leave towels on the chairs and don’t use them until early afternoon. This is unacceptable. Lounges for the beach need to be replaced, many are broken and they just aren’t comfortable. "

"This is an excellent place to stay in Aruba. Its very close to the beach. The property is very clean inside and out. The rooms are very spacious. Three spacious rooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms. You really cant beat that. Comes with washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and two balconies. Includes 4 beach chairs and beach towels. I will stay here every time I come back to Aruba. The property is very close to shops and dining. Wish I could give this place place 10 stars. I highly recommend it!!!"

The birds are a problem when it comes to eating outside. The pool is beautifully maintained which is why it surprises me that they do not pay as much attention to deck and lounge chairs. We had to wipe bird dropping off of every lounge chairs we sat in. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing.
I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible.
I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days.
It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing...

"A perfect spot if you feel like you want an escape away from the busy tourist areas. You will need a car, but it is nicely centrally located so it felt easy to visit attractions on every corner of the island. The hosts were very communicative, but also felt like I had total privacy. The kitchenette was nice for basic cooking. Plunge pool was a very nice touch. Overall a great value!"
