"Although the rental is in a nice neighborhood and has been recently updated, there were bugs, alive, and dead, as well as rodent droppings throughout the house and within the bedsheets in one of the bedrooms. We could also tell that the place didn’t seem to have been rented or used because it was very dusty. "We had a wonderful stay at Beach Front Paradise in Ponte Vedra. The home was very clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property. While there are a few minor repairs that could be addressed, they did not take away from our overall experience.The beach access was truly the best part of this stay. Being just a few steps from the back door made it incredibly convenient, and we loved that the property provided plenty of beach items and toys to enjoy....
