"We LOVED this property! It is extremely clean, well decorated, and stocked. The bed was especially comfortable, and both my daughter and I slept well. If you are visiting Taylor University it is close to campus. There are three units on the property, and the walls are not soundproof, but they have a sign posted to be considerate of your neighbors. We could hear the people in the unit next to us, but we all went to bed at a decent hour, so it was not a problem. I only mention it because if you...

"The house was close to the Gas City Performing Arts Center, which was the purpose of our visit. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the house was generally clean, but overall it was very outdated, worn and in need of some TLC."

"The apartment was nice. The only thing we had a problem with is the noise. There was a party downstairs underneath our apartment and it was so loud. We couldn’t even hear the TV. If you’re going for a quiet, relaxing getaway, I’m not sure this is the place. If noises don’t bother you then this is a great place with a great view. I do have to say after we got in touch with the owners they did try to get the party quieted down around 11 p.m."
