"Home is exactly as described and charming! Communication is prompt and excellent. I was especially appreciative of the local coffee and the good quality pans/knives. And although we didn't get to try the local kombucha in Shasta, these little touches were appreciated."

"Our second year enjoying this great property! The new tub in the master bathroom is the bomb! We brought two boats, a mule and three trucks. All was able to neatly fit around this property. Easy access to Sugarloaf Marina. House amenities work for our family. The deck is perfect for stargazing and satellite watching! Will be back next year! "Perfect place for big group of 16. We have rented this place twice now and have had a great time both stays! Has everything for a big grout of guys or a few families. Everything is just nice enough to not worry about breaking something. Pool is too cold for October though. A heated pool would make the place even better. We will probably be back a some point."

"Home was very clean and much nicer than the pictures show. Exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was amazingly stocked. We cook a lot and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our party of 9 with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and great room with queen bunks for the kids. Home well maintained with amazing views from the decks. Lots of outdoor seating and tables. Large fenced yard in quiet neighborhood. Could hear the train but didn’t bother us. August so lake was down but the guys able to hike down...

"This is a cute place to stay. The fenced backyard was great for the dog. A hot tub was a HUGE plus. Inside is so warm and cozy. And soooo much hiking in the area. Will defiantly be back!!!! "

"We had an absolutely spectacular birthday weekend for my wife. The house is completely out on its own—you can’t see another structure wherever you look. The photos honestly don’t do the view justice. It’s gorgeous. The kitchen has everything you need, the master bedroom is as comfortable as you could hope for (we didn’t use any of the guest rooms), and the hot tub is really the highlight of the property. We’re almost certainly going to go back. The host, Michael, was responsive and...
