Vista Elms is the ideal home for any occasion, offering flexibility and
comfort. With 4 spacious bedrooms, each featuring king-split beds,
plus an additional sofa bed in the media room for kids (extra fee applies),
this property accommodates all groups with ease.

The open-plan living and dining area creates a light, airy
atmosphere, making it perfect for both cooking and entertaining in
one seamless space.

Step outside to the expansive outdoor area, where you can relax
with a glass of wine while enjoying views over the 8th tee, cook up
a feast on the BBQ, or unwind in the generously sized large swim
spa, perfect for soothing relaxation after a day of exploration.

Located within The Vintage, Vista Elms is surrounded by scenic
parkland views and the renowned Greg Norman-designed, 18-hole
championship golf course. With world-class wineries and award-
winning restaurants just a short drive away, this is the perfect base
for your Hunter Valley escape.

Absolutely blown away in amazement with this stay!

My friends and I had a very enjoyable experience at Vista Elms. The location of this house was not expected and completely blew us away with it's beauty, safety, security and calmness. We loved that the house was situated on a gated street. Additionally, the house was definitely clean and tidy and had a huge jacuzzi. We were very comfortable in this house. Alternatively, we were a little confused about how the oven worked and it took a rather long time to cook our food as only one shelf was cooking and the rest warmed the food. It would have been amazing to have some cleaning supplies (i.e. multi-purpose spray as our bottle was empty) and some additional condiments such as oil. We would love to see this house have 1 full length size mirror. Overall, this experience was highly enjoyable and the location of the house was so central to everything. The photos of this house do not even do it justice in my opinion because it is truly amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Wedding

Great location to combine a wedding at Bimbadgen, a winery tour and a round of golf. Very comfortable home with plenty of room. One thing to be aware of, smaller cars may scrape getting into the garage.

Best getaway ever

The photos of the place doesn’t even sum up or show how amazing it is in person! Next time we come to the hunter will definitly be staying here again! we had so much fun! thanks you! The house had everything we needed and more!

Great house for a extended family holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here! The place was perfect for our family. Huge bedrooms with king beds, very comfortable. The location is great for the hunter valley a short drive to wineries and Hunter valley gardens. The spa was amazing. Only issues we had was the wifi which was easily fixed. We also has some minor plumbing issues but the team on-site were easily contacted and very prompt with resolving our issues even being a public holiday. Only thing we noticed was that the house was tidy but it wasn’t amazingly clean for the price. But I’m saying that we would definitely rebook in future. Very happy with our choice to stay here. Can recommend!!

Overall nice property

The property is located in a beautiful spot and feels quite private despite backing onto the golf course. The property does require some general maintenance however is a beautiful house. Upon arriving we did find a lot of frogs in the spa as well as one of the spas filled with discoloured water. We expressed this to the realestate at the end of our stay and they were escalating with their subcontractor (although we are disappointed that there was now follow up or compensation received by the real estate). When booking the property the realestate were great to deal with confirming bed figuration’s. The property has the bare minimum appliances (no foil, oil/pantry basics) which we were surprised by so be prepared to bring all the items you think you may require. Note driveway is steep into the garage and no parking on the grass however property is in a gated cul-de-sac so you are able to park on the street. Overall we probably would not stay at this property again due to lack of appliances and cleanliness for price paid.

The pictures don’t do the place any justice!

It was such a beautiful house to stay at, clean and spacious. The only thing I can fault is possibly placing a note somewhere or information about how to use and turn on the spa. We figured it out in the end.
