Welcome to 'Kokoon' a name derived from the Finnish word for together or whole, perfectly capturing the essence of this beautifully curated home where connection, comfort, and relaxation take centre stage.

Thoughtfully designed with your ease in mind, the heart of the home is the open-plan living area, centrally positioned to seamlessly connect every space within the house. Whether you re gathering with loved ones or simply enjoying a peaceful moment, Kokoon offers the ideal setting for making lasting memories.

Located within the prestigious Vintage Estate in the heart of the Hunter Valley, you ll be just moments from world-class wineries, restaurants, and all the region has to offer.

Inside, the home boasts four beautifully styled bedrooms. The expansive master suite features a luxurious king bed and a private ensuite complete with dual vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. At the opposite end of the house, three additional bedrooms provide privacy and comfort for guests, all adorned with modern furnishings and inviting finishes.

Enjoy direct views from the living and dining areas across lush parklands and serene tree-lined vistas. Step outside to the covered patio for alfresco meals or take a dip in the sparkling in-ground pool perfect for unwinding after a day of wine tasting or golf.

Cap off your evenings in the dedicated media room for your own private movie night, or simply relax in the ambient atmosphere that makes Kokoon feel like your ultimate home away from home in the Hunter Valley.

This home boasts 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,

with modern kitchen and dining area overlooking the outdoor

Kokoon is pet friendly and allows a maximum of 2 small breed dogs.

This was a beautiful property in a great location, exactly as listed. The property management was a bit over the top with their reminders to familiarise ourselves with the code of conduct - six times to be exact. We received three separate emails plus a face to face reminder on check in, followed by another email and a hard copy left in the property. 🙄

This was probably the nicest accommodation I've ever stayed at through Stayz. There's absolutely nothing to fault - it's such a beautiful house, in a nice quiet spot and close enough to a fair few vineyards. The house had everything we could possibly have needed. The fireplace was an unexpected but welcome addition even though the place was perfectly insulated and needed little heating assistance. The pool was (naturally) cold but still a great size and good fun. Not much more to say other than we can't wait to come back!
