27 Rows on Hermitage offers 4 Boutique Self-contained one and two bedroomed Vineyard cottages (Pet Friendly) on 25 acres of quiet bushland including a hobby vineyard where we grow and harvest our Shiraz and Rose wines - a bottle is complimentary for guests. Breakfast provisions of bacon, eggs, sourdough, cereals, OJ, fresh milk, teas, ground coffee and condiments are provided.

Located in the heart of the Hunter Valley Wine Country on the popular Hermitage Road Food and Wine Trail. Walking distance to boutique wineries, Tintilla, Piggs Peake, Peter Drayton's Ironbark Hill. Enzos weddings and Two Fat Blokes Gourmet Kitchen are a short 700 metre walk.

Cute Cottage perfect

Needed somewhere for three girlfriends to stay to attend a wedding at Enzo Weddings at Peter Dayton Winery. We loved Wisteria Cottage - a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with 2 decks, kitchen/lounge area and a BBQ. - great location - spacious bedrooms with all the facilities needed for a short stay - the breakfast ingredients, coffee/tea and wine were much appreciated - communication from the owner was awesome - directions were easy to understand - the check in / check out process was simple! It was just perfect for our needs and we had a lovely stay.

Beautiful cottage in great location!

Very clean and comfortable cottage, with lots of thoughtful touches like the wonderful breakfast provisions and wine on arrival, and well-equipped. Quiet and peaceful location, but just a few minutes easy walk from wineries and restaurants. Tanya was really helpful and friendly, and we had a fabulous stay. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect!!!

What a great stay. The cabin is perfect and in the best location.It has everything you need and more. Tanya really thought about everything. My favourite was the amazing breakfast provisions which included a fresh baked sourdough loaf ,eggs ,bacon , spreads etc. and let’s not forget the bottle of wine to get the day started!!!

Very nice property, lovely outdoor area. The only problem was that when I booked a 2 bed cottage online, I assumed I had booked 2 bedrooms but when we arrived the second bedroom was locked. I did not read the fine print whereby you have the option of renting one OR two bedrooms. But I contacted Tanya and we were able to arrange to have the second bedroom unlocked and I transferred the additional $200 and all was well

Cycling amongst the vines

Great location in Pokolbin - on cycle path on Hermitage Road. Easy cycling to many vineyards, breweries and distilleries. Lovely outlook on to vines and bush.

Clean spacious cottage comfortable bed crisp sheets well equipped kitchen So nice to sit on the veranda and enjoy breakfast supplies overlooking bushland and even saw kangaroos at dusk I highly recommend the location - across the road from Iron bark winery with Tintilla and Pigs Peak on either side

We stayed 4 nights or during the week and we really enjoyed it. The cabin is centrally located close to all your boutique wineries, excellent place for a quite weekend away. Was our first time in a wine region and we highly recommend you give it a try.

Wisteria cottage at Spotted Gums

Great little cottage for two old friends to share a long weekend in the Hunter Valley. Two en-suite bathrooms a plus. No oven in kitchen so skipped the lamb roast idea. Nice breakfast supplies provided by friendly, welcoming hosts.

Great value

Amazing place! Peaceful and comfortable. The king size bed was super comfortable and the cottage was clean and had everything thing you need. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The location for winery touring was perfect. Tintilla winery is right next door and very nice to walk too. Would definitely stay here again! Really appreciated the breakfast food provided and the bottle of Shiraz upon arrival.

Wonderful pet friendly getaway

We have been staying at this wonderful property for several years and cannot recommend highly enough! The property is spacious, clean with everything you could want. Pets are always welcome which is wonderful bonus for a weekend at the Hunter Valley. Tanya and Bruce are such lovely property owners and we just love staying here!
