"The unit was clean and spacious, and check-in and check-out were very easy. The gym is small and basic but has what you need for cardio or weight training. Even though there is no communication with a human host, the AI text messaging was quick and quite helpful. The lounge and luggage storage were especially useful since our flight was later in the day—we were able to check-out and explore the city without carrying our bags around. "We came to Hollywood for a play at the Pantages and chose this location for proximity and price. I'm glad we did. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to make our stay a good one. The room was clean, and comfortable and provided every we needed. I appreciate that they didn't gouge us for parking like most other places do. Next time we are in the area for an event, we will definitely come back to stay here."

"Room was clean and quiet - faced into the courtyard. Parking is pricy but secure. Walking distance to Metro line. Fan in bathroom was noisy and there are signs of wear and tear on the property so don't expect a high end resort, but just a solid place to rest and explore the city."
