"This was the first time we have stayed in Seadrift and I just wanted it to be nice for our 56th anniversary. But, this rental was not just nice- it was truly exceptional. I was very impressed by: 1) it was a completely separate cabin - did have steps up to porch and main door. 2) it was large and air conditioned and super clean. - had a bedroom first- with king size bed. "Place got the job done as far as giving me a place to sleep. The room was just not very clean, sheets had stains in them, mirror had spots on them, and overall room hygiene wasn’t up to par, but i guess that’s what you expect in these kind of bnb."

"Staff was great! The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent! Only complaint I would have would be regarding the hot tub. It said there was a hot tub but upon arrival was told the hot tub is no longer hot and marked as a kids pool."

"Property is an easy drive to restaurants, grocery, quirky little downtown, bars, Rockport’s great beach. Property has definitely seen better days but cottages are very spacious…two rooms. Ice machine not working. No extra toilet paper rolls in bathroom. There is a pool though I never saw it being used. Owner very friendly. Right by the water. This is a low budget motel at a low rate. Keep your expectations with that in mind and it will work for you."

When we asked staff for missing soaps and coffee, staff told us that because this is Airbnb property, they don’t provide soap or coffee. Also, TV was never able to connect due to the poor WiFi. There is no profanity, price or any personal information mentioned in my review."
