"We booked because our grandson was playing in Cooperstown All Star Village!!! Go Currituck Thunder for winning the monster bracket championship!! The drive back and forth to field wasn’t bad at all!! It was nice coming back in the evenings and feeling like you’re at home. House stocked nicely and host were awesome!! Let us in early and responded very quickly with any questions I had!! Thank you for sharing your home with us on such a special special week of baseball!!"

"We could not be happier with our stay. If you’re looking for a remote feeling while being close to several towns and restaurants this is the perfect place. The cottage was immaculate and the sound of the rushing water from the creek is still in our minds. We will definitely be returning next year! "

"The property was so clean and spacious, we had a great time and communication with the host was efficient and smooth. Definitely will be staying at this place next time I go to Norwich!"

"The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future."

"Everything was wonderful! It was clean and comfortable and I look forward to staying here again. The only down side was the lack of communication with Evolve Travel. It took them 72 hours to respond to a message. The hosts themselves were wonderful and went above and beyond by having single serve juice and water in the cabin. Totally unexpected but very much appreciated. "

"I felt I had an entire house to myself. Just beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and private. Morning scones were a treat. I just wasn’t sure which entrance to use. Loved the red poppies. I went home and preferred some for my garden. "

"Property was perfect! We traveled for a family weekend for football at Colgate and loved the house! Sunrise and sunset did not disappoint!! Kim was an amazing communicator! Highly recommend!"

"A lovely spot by Colgate and next to a reservoir! Saw loons and other wildlife. Had some issues with the cleanliness of the place upon arrival and had to go get some supplies that were not available. With some care and attention, this will be a lovely weekend getaway."

"Everything was wonderful during our stay. The weather didn’t cooperate much which wasn’t a problem as the ping pong table downstairs became daily family tournaments into the late evening. I needed to cook for my niece‘s wedding and the kitchen was equipped with everything and plenty of space. The one day we had great weather the boys fished off the dock and rented a kayak. Thank you Marc, we had a great time."
