"I used the Guide House for a personal retreat, and it was perfect for what I needed. Space to rest, relax, and read, and a kitchen to cook for myself. It was in a great location too, so it was a quick trip to the grocery store, to get what I needed.Benny communicated all the details I needed, and reminded me of checkout procedures the night before.I'd definitely come here again!"

"It is a nice older, but nicely renovated country home. I liked that there are neighbors on both sides so it didn't seem that we were "out there" on the prairie all alone. We would stay there again. AC was great. Would have been nice to have cable TV, but we didn't watch TV much. Would be a very nice place for a family or a small family reunion."

"The property was exactly as pictured! Was very clean and fresh! The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and quick in responses. They were very accommodating to our special requests and even had several pantry/household items available for us 10/10 would definitely stay here again! "

"This was a wonderful place to stay during space camp. House had everything we needed and so much more. Loved the soaps, bedding, and lotions. Everything was comfortable and cozy.thank you so much"

"For our little weekend getaway to see the Cosmosphere and visit the sedgwick County zoo, this house was nice. Location was great and we had a great time with a family game night after doing everything we wanted to do. "

"We very much enjoyed your home for our gathering. There were plenty of beds for our group of 9...which can be hard to find! We especially enjoyed the covered porch as we could sit outside and enjoy the cooler weather even when it was raining. The kitchen was well appointed although we had problems with the filters and coffee pot overflowing/leaking. There was a note about it on the refrigerator we saw later. All in all, it was 3 lovely days of visiting comfortably...thank you!"

"Fantastic little home! Everything we needed! Close to parks, aquatic center, dining and much more. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Have been staying here off and on for a month while we move from a different state. Can’t say enough great things about this place or the owners! Willard is super easy to get ahold of and answers all questions promptly. You won’t regret your stay! Will definitely be using it again Heather "
