"I rented the skoolie to stay in while my son & I explored Mesa Verde. It was such a fun experience! Gave us a bit of a glamping experience, which I appreciated. The craftsmanship of the interior conversion is outstanding. The owners were also very responsive and helpful with our requests. I would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity. "

"Honestly, it was a pleasant experience. I was a bit skeptical being so close to an RV Park and a highway. However, the area is surprisingly quiet for the location. Amenities were nice and as listed. I liked the place and the Property Manager and their representatives were nice and communicated well. Good experience. Would recommend to people."

"My stay was amazing, very comfortable and I found everything I needed and more at the house. The property and space are immaculate and owners are wonderful. They made sure I knew I could contact them with any questions or needs. There’s easy access to downtown Mancos, Cortez and Durango for adventures though you don’t need to leave the house to enjoy a breathtaking view! You cannot go wrong with a stay here! "

"This property was outstanding! The management was so organized and thoughtful. As far as I’m concerned it exceeded my expectations. We had virtually no problems. A few highlights include: everything was labeled. There was a book with clear instructions for everything. There were extras, such as baggies in the drawers, plastic wrap, tinfoil, and many spices to choose from. I also personally loved the little magnified makeup mirror. The loft was spacious and plenty of room to move around...
