"Thank you for hosting me for my recent stay. The booking process through Expedia was smooth, and the location was easy to find. It’s a clean area, there’s also a shop within walking distance, access to the trams as well. I appreciate the effort of the staff and hope the property continues to welcome future guests."

When we got there, the property was locked, the host wasn’t answering any calls and we had to stand outside for a while until we started banging on the door loudly and a construction worker opened the door. He then connected us to someone who gave us the code and we were finally able to get in. However, soon after settling in, we realised that the water supply was cut off. The host got in touch...

"Our flight was cancelled and I booked late in the evening. Richard was very helpful and me got everything sorted very quickly despite the time. Thank goodness else we would have had to spend the night at the airport. So thank you"
