"Newly remodeled rooms. Still needs some improvement, such as lacking tissues, or trash can outside the bathroom, but otherwise rooms are very nice. The facade and lobby do not represent the rooms well, as the rooms are much nicer. "

"Very clean room. It’s a very pretty hotel with exposed wood and bricks, it has a beautiful back patio and the lobby. The rooms are not large but very cozy. It was quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast had scrambled eggs, fruit, cereal, ham, cheese, vegetables, various fruit juices , bread and sweets. It was a close walk to the Main Street in el Calafate, very convenient. Also not a problem for pick ups for excursions. Taxi or other transfers to the airport may be needed, we were not able to...

"Fantastic hotel. The location and the views are superb! The staff was fantastic and the laundry service was quick and affordable. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. My only but is that the breakfast service seemed a bit chaotic/slow: there were not that many guests having breakfast at the same time but food kept running out on the buffet. Having said that, i would come back to this hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here."
