"Absolutely charming place! lovely courtyard, nice breakfast, comfortable bed with nice space in the room, and nice bathrooms. the only downside was coming during the summer with no A/C. I stayed in a room on the ground floor giving out on the common courtyard and couldn't really open the bedroom doors so it was incredibly hot in the room at night (like 84-85ºF/29-30C)!! The host was welcoming and easy to comunicate with."

"Beautiful destination town not far from CDG airport/Paris. This hotel boasts an excellent restaurant, large variety of rooms, and an incredibly kind and helpful staff that went above and beyond! The receptionists were bilingual and even offered to help solve some other travel issues we had that had nothing to do with the hotel. Can't wait to return! Suggest two nights."

"While the room was clean and the decor was very nice, our first floor room faced a busy intersection that handled big trucks and regular traffic. We wouldn't have noticed the noise but for the fact that it was very hot and the air conditioning didn't work. They kindly brought up a fan to circulate the air and cool things, but we had to sleep with windows open. Breakfast was good but we were too tired to appreciate it. We didn't use the spa."

"This is essentially a motel in Villers and as far as motels go, it was fine. The bedding and towels were clean but the room could not be called well-maintained otherwise. There were plenty of insects outside the doors and along the corridors. The fire alarm in another unit went off at 6:00 AM during my stay and remained blaring for around 10 minutes, though I cannot say whether this was actually the establishment's fault or whether the occupant was culpable. "L'hôtel est très agréable et c'était notre 2eme séjour. Le personnel est à l’écoute et le barman fait d’excellents cocktails création. Seul bémol au moment du départ, le responsable de l’accueil n’a pas pris le temps de nous écouter pour le late check out, dont on avait droit avec expédia. Et nous a renvoyé vers expédia de manière assez expéditive, alors qu’à mon avis, c’était à l'hôtel de régler le problème avec son partenaire de réservation. Cela a rendu la fin du séjour un peu désagréable."
