"Hotel is absolutely beautiful and really peaceful as its on the Edinburgh university campus. staff just could not have been more helpful. We were unable to use the dining room for breakfast as we had our dog with us, so they set us up our own dining area in a reception room where we had breakfast served to us separately. Now trying to find an excuse to return"

"An excellent location off the Royal Mile. The room was spacious, and the in-room washer/dryer made our trip easier. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a Sainsbury nearby for groceries. This room (#4) faces the back courtyard and church - we found it very light-filled yet without street noise. There is no elevator, but the steps were easy."

"Clean , walkable to all locations old and new town , Directions to location and communication exceptional. Laundry , kitchenette in room, clean bathroom , large living room . Didn’t need to see staff but they were available if we needed them’ Will repeat our stay and recommend to friends and family ."
