"The staff at the hotel are amazing. They are second to none. Our room was great and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job daily. The white sand beach was awesome as well. The only issues we had were getting a frozen drink served at the pool bar took a long time. Also one other issue, the TV in the room has very selective programming which is not a good thing on rainy days. However, all in all the Chancellor Hotel is a great place to stay. I can’t say enough good things about the staff."

"The public restrooms are dirty not well maintained. I observed staff are always using hotel restrooms. Food was mediocre. Not great. Staff were not so helpful especially the maintenance people. Poor service. For the price the place was not worth it."
