"My stay here was very, very good, and I really enjoyed my time at the resort. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Communication was always quick and efficient, and whenever I had a question or needed anything or had an issue, they were happy to help. The beach is absolutely beautiful and was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants and other places to eat within easy reach, which made it...

"Nice, bright clean room"

"My wife and I loved the atmosphere, location, and staff. The atmosphere was serene and relaxed, exactly what is needed while on vacation. The location is perched atop a hill behind City Center— far enough away from the street where vehicle noise is not heard. The staff made us feel like we were the only two lodging there. Kitchen staff member Saad left a wonderful impression. I recommend the property if you value calmness and relaxation."

"AC worked great. Quiet room, great for catching up on sleep from jet lag."

"They went the 'extra mile': The concierge didn't bat an eyelid when I asked them to repair a tear in my suitcase. Later that evening I got a call to say it had been repaired, and they brought it straight to my room. 5 star service at the concierge desk."

"The bed was fairly soft. The fridge worked very well. The 2 x AC units also worked very well which was necessary for the hot July evening I stayed there. It looks a bit better than it is. The kitchen appeared to be quite good but there were hardly any dinnerware to eat with or from. The kitchen faucet barely worked. No soap to clean the dirty dishes that were there. Had to hunt to find the towels. The communication wasn’t that great and they never told me the address. It was a guessing game...

"great location, easy to get around by walking or car , good restaurant across the street , Pizza di amore and Lamande Bakery and Sweet, I booked 2 rooms, one for me and one for my friend, all clean and well maintained, I was worried about previous reviews that people talked about finding bedbugs but I have to be honest , in our 3 nights stayed, both rooms were absolutely bugs free. no smells, just a little noisy outside but it didn’t bother my heavy sleep, lool. and yes I would say it is safe...

"I’d love to highlight just how amazing Mohamed the front desk personnel was! He was really kind, polite, we were able to communicate clearly and just a lovely person. Same with the bellhop, Khalil he was so so sweet and helpful! They honestly make that hotel and deserve huge raises!! My mom and I did not like our room as they seemed much smaller in person. We reserved 2 bed with sea view. There was small window for the sea view, the bathroom was so small and the shower was an open square that...

"We had a lovely one bedroom apt with a pool and ocean view . They on a hill that we walked up and down most days but they have a free shuttle if you dont want to walk . There is a gym and pool on a higher level and they have a 3d pool down by their beach. There is a ramp over sheraton road and an elevator that takes you down to the 3d pool and the beach with lounges that are free for guests . Just pick up your towel at the pool by the hotel and a beach acess card at reception . They have...

"**Great hotel with a beautiful beachfront location** We had a great stay at Club Paradisio El Gouna! The hotel has a fantastic beachfront location, beautifully maintained green grounds and is clean throughout. The pool area was lovely and perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. The food was excellent, with seven different evening themes and a great variety of dishes every night. The staff were generally very friendly, polite and welcoming. However, we had a disappointing experience when we...
