"The room was very spacious, clean, and the location was great. We were able to walk everywhere. The hotel staff were wonderful, they had great recommendations on where to ear and what to do. I would highly recommend this hotel, I would definitely come back when visiting Salem again."

"The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel is also close to the subway (blue line) so that was very helpful to us as we roamed around the city. Breakfast was good, too. Rooms are not cleaned every day unless you request it. However there are no signs in the room or around the hotel to let you know that you need to let the front desk know that you want your room to be cleaned. Even when we requested our rooms to be cleaned, they still were not. So we had to go...

"Our air conditioning quit working in our room half way through our trip. They did fix it right away. Which was good I pulled the 2 dressers apart and found food and crumbs, it was nasty. Parking for $20 a night was absurd Our TV remote also needed new batteries. Overall I felt like the room needed some more time spent doing a thorough cleaning job. The staff was quick and polite about getting our AC and remote problems solved. Perks, were the breakfast, location, and staff."

"Staff was very accommodating. We were able to check in early and they invited us to have breakfast even before checking in. Fresh hot breakfast. Very nice bar area for food and drinks. Everyone on the staff likes working there. You can tell how happy they are by the way they interact with fellow workers"

"I enjoyed my break the staff went above and beyond making my wife and i welcome lovely lady in reception ,breakfast was ok plenty coffee and pool was excellent our room was huge with everything you need also a costco next door which was handy dissapointed there was no bar as we are scottish need a car here as we spent a fortune on taxis to boston"

"I would say the only improvement needed would be to insulate the doors, or find better room doors because every time someone came down the hall and they talked they might as well have been standing in the room with me…..it was loud and at 10pm, that is not pleasant. Other than that everything else was great."

"Clean room, spacious . Coffee machine at the lobby would’ve been great except that they ran out of cups . We came back the following morning to get coffee , still no cups . Asia who checked us is was vey nice! Give her a raise or a promotion ! She’s awesome ! We like the room and the kitchenette , well equipped . Two things we had as issues : the drain for bath tub is too slow to empty. I don’t think it’s hygienic . We have to take mins of break in between taking a bath . And there were 5 of...
