"Mother’s Day weekend for a family of 4. From start to finish, the stay was amazing. The check-in was so simple. The room was exactly how the photos showed. It was clean and roomy. The beach is a very short walk away. Even though the pool was not officially open yet, it looked wonderful. We have already decided that we will be coming back in the summer."

"This adorable, cozy cottage was perfect for our family getaway to Montauk. We have tried various rentals and hotels each summer and Robert’s cottage was by far our favorite. It fit our family of 5 perfectly, with enough room that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The decor was light and airy and just what we were hoping to find. From the awesome location, just a walk to the ocean, to the indoor pool and back up to a comfortable stay, our entire family agree that we can’t wait to return!...

"Great property overall with beautiful grounds, a pool and access to the beach. Condos are spacious and equipped with bathroom and kitchen items. Ours had a patio with a great view of the water! We will definitely stay here again. "

"Beds were soft and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. We loved to have a private beach and the pool. We enjoyed playing ping pong. The only problem they gave us the wrong apartment the first day. What was shown on Expedia (two Queen beds) it wasn't the same of what they gave us there (1 Queen bed and 1 Queen sofa bed). But after talking with the manager, they gave us a solution, but we had to wait until the following day to be switched to the right place. "

"Great property!! We had a private pool, hot tub, little eating area outside with a hammock, and a small kitchen upstairs. The space was perfect for me and my friends for a weekend getaway. It’s close to several wineries as well. Andrew is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!! "

"This place was perfect! The two bedroom one bath allowed for me to stay close to town and visit my godchildren. The second bedroom was perfect for a little sleepover with them. It felt like an artist loft with the most beautiful outside area. The pool and the hydrangeas made every cup of coffee in the morning more delicious. Plus it had everything we would need to go to the beach. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Great stay. Clean, all amenities provided, located short walk from beach. I wouldn’t call it an apartment or studio, though. It’s the size of a bedroom and includes only a bed, dresser, fridge and microwave. Not even a chair. Description made me expect a bit more but if you know the size going in, it’s a marvelous place to stay. "

"What a lovely stay we had at the Montauk Manor! It was filled with beautiful sceneries and a coastal vibe. The suite was also wonderful and well kept. We will definitely be back."

"Mark and Eunyoung are so welcoming and lovely. They are dream hosts. They gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants as well as great tips for things to do around town. The cottage was exactly what we needed. It was comfortable and adorable. The yard and pool are fabulous. We can’t wait to return. "

"The Freeboard Studio in Old Lyme was the perfect, vacation spot for me and my husband. The host truly thought of everything when renovating this space. There are basic appliances, linens, towels, cute coffee bar at the kitchenette and a pack-n-play should you need one.
