"What an amazing property! My spouse and I came for his birthday celebration and we had a time of our life. The hotel was in a convenient area, surrounded by restaurants and shops. "We only stayed for one night before driving down to the keys for my birthday but we really enjoyed our stay at The Local House. All of the staff were incredibly kind and they even blew up balloons and decorated our room for my birthday. Considering how busy the area was, the rooms were incredibly quiet and the bed was super comfortable. "This is a good property for a short stay. The rooms are decent, nothing fancy. Washrooms is decent as well, just that water leaks under the sliding glass shower. No onsite parking, had to walk a block to the garage. Overall it was comfy"
