"The staff were polite and the shuttle service worked perfectly. However, this resort is much more suited to families than to couples seeking a quiet and relaxing stay. Loud children’s screams could be heard from early morning until late at night, including around the beach club area, which made it difficult to relax. The location is also relatively far from the main downtown areas, although the shuttle service was reliable and convenient. In addition, the air conditioning was difficult to...

"Todo excelente ! "

Me pensaré si volveré otra vez."

"Cleaned room daily new towels tidy up bed."

"I was so excited to stay at this property to relax and enjoy the spa. That was not to happen. Upon check in, I was informed there was availability for a 30 minute spa session for my entire 3 nights I would be there. I was completely shocked. The...

"The only issue was that there was no ATM at the facility. Everything else was absolute perfection"
