"We had a great stay at Renaissance Nusa Dua from the comfortable room to the tasty breakfast and especially the friendly welcoming staff, we could not fault them.
Special mention to to Desu at Atomic17 and Prima at breakfast who both went above and beyond to make us feel special.
We also loved going to the beach club by hotel shuttle
and relaxing for a few hours.

"This was a overnighter as I arrived late to Bali, and by the time I got to the residence it was 12:30am and I was tired.
I was still greeted warmly, and showed to my room, and it just felt amazing to have a clean shower, clean water station nearby, and go to sleep on a bed after just 4 hours of sleep the day before."

"Cómo siempre el personal es muy amable en todas sus categorías, y la limpieza es buena. La Piscina Infinita junto a la playa es lo más digno de mención por su relax. Pero a pesar de cambiar la propiedad, el tema de los ascensores es terrible pues no han hecho un montacargas para el servicio y estos se utilizan para equipajes y carros con ropa sucias a la vez que los clientes, y las esperas son considerables y molestas. He visto menos personal de seguridad que otras veces para llamar la atención...

Todo el personal siempre fue muy amable."
