"This property has the best location everything you need is just a short drive away. The condos are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. As for the beach… absolutely stunning. It was peaceful, beautiful, and felt like our own private slice of paradise. "

"This was a great spot for our stay. Right on the beach was amazing and it was close to everything including a publix just a block away. Communication with rental company was excellent. "

"Our hosts quickly responded to our needs when there was a slight mixup when we couldn’t find the travel crib for my 1 year old granddaughter. Chris came and setup the packnplay with new sheets and it worked perfectly for her. One of the main reasons we chose this house was that it already came with the crib and it was one less thing we had to worry about. The beds were all very comfortable and we all slept wonderful although I would agree with another review that the pillows could use a refresh....

"Overall we had a great stay. Nice condo with great ocean view. A few maintenance issues were quickly resolved by the owner. Some areas could use a deep cleaning in the master bath. Kitchen needs a sheet pan and pot holder. A door stop for the very heavy door would be helpful for loading and unloading luggage since carts can’t enter the room. A throw blanket would be a nice touch for the living room. "

"We were in PCP to attend the Gulf Coast Jam where our son was one of the performers. The unit was so nice and clean. The view was amazing, and the beach service (umbrella/chairs) was an added bonus. It was a nice, Quiet part of PCP. John was so helpful with our booking. Definitely will consider this property again! "

"I booked first floor based on the reviews about the slow elevators. Glad I did! We just took the stairs. The pools, hot tub and lazy river were all great. The slides with the bucket area was very powerful and loud. My grandchildren didn't like it at all! The condo was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was supplied above my expectations. We enjoyed our stay. I will probably go again! "

"I had to extend my trip last minute and booked this property on short notice. Communication started off fine—I inquired about early check-in and was informed it wouldn’t be available, which wasn’t an issue. Unfortunately, the condition of the rental upon arrival was disappointing. There was sand and crumbs all over the floor, clearly not cleaned properly. I was told the cleaning crew would be coming back and that I would receive an ETA, but I was never contacted again. Later that day, it seemed...

"The condo was as listed on the description. It was clean and well kept. Short walk to the beach and quite. The only thing that would have been helpful if the beach equipment was listed. We packed ours ( a struggle with luggage for 7 people) but when we arrived there was a closet with everything we needed."
