"Not the cleanest hotel. Staff were frustrated when I was checking in due to the elevators being down. I was checked in very quickly. Debit card was swiped for security deposit and then I was handed a key. No explanation to where my room was, what the room number is, or where anything was. Was told pool and elevators were down and no idea when they would be back up. Our room was not the cleanest, bathroom looked freshly used but our beds were made 😊. For $205 a night, I would of at least liked...

"We went to Grand Haven to spend one day at the beautiful beach and then we wanted a place to spend the night before driving back home the next day. Check in was at 3:00pm, which we were fine with, but because we were there on one of the very, very HOT days we went there at 1:00 to see if they would hold our luggage so our toiletries (ie soap, lotions, my make up, aerosol hair products) didn’t melt or explode. "Charming place to stay. Comfortable beds! Great water pressure! Superb location to the waterfront, musical fountain and shopping!! Enjoyed our 1 night stay!"

"Even though the staff were lovely people, the hotel was located in a sketchy part of town. We saw a high prostitute waiting for a pickup and a homeless guy going through the garbage at the front entrance. The carpet in our room was filthy. Luckily there were many bikers staying there and that may have discouraged any illegal activities from taking place. Linens were threadbare and I worried about reuse of sheets. Couldn't wait to leave."
