"This property was amazing! It was very clean, a walkable distance to the channel and many restaurants, an easy drive and park to the beach. The breakfast was really good and Shelley, the caretaker, was friendly and knowledgeable about the property and the area. She was amazing! We will definitely be back."

"The doors were apparently replaced over the past winter and being an older building, the entryways are not square. The doors were a bit snug in places making them difficult to open or close. A bit quirky but not truly an issue."

"Nice, secluded location, beautiful landscaping, and gorgeous views of Lake Michigan. Limited beach access because of the bluff, but there is a deck overlooking the small beach with loungers to relax on."

"This hotel is emaciated and in brutal disrepair. In the parking lot there are people living in cars and active parties. As you drive by the entrance the hotel appears overgrown and abandoned. I requested to cancel but the hotel declined. The pictures and information on the website are extremely misleading."
