"The house was ideal for two small families, plenty of space for kids to play and adults to unwind. It had everything we needed for a relaxed, no-fuss stay. The location was spot-on for coastal walks and morning coffee runs, and the tennis court was a surprise highlight that got plenty of use. Julie was a lovely, responsive host and made everything easy. We'd come back in a heartbeat!"

"A gorgeous property and I LOVED the Safari tent! My only feedback would be to let people know where the light switch for the tents are... I didn't find it until I was leaving and by then I had brought myself a head torch because I didn't realise there was a light. Hahaha!"

"Beautiful stay for relaxing and a good detox from work and routine life. Gorgeous views from the upstairs and pretty warm. It's very cold during winters but there are heaters in every room and makes you feel so comfortable. The kitchen is in well equipped and has everything you need for the stay. We'll definitely visit again soon. The host has been very very helpful with everything. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. "

"This property has everything you would need for a trip to Malua bay . Very comfortable!! Well presented and good space with 3 bathrooms. The only thing is the garden which requires mowing and pruning back. The top deck is small but it has a lovely outlook . Thankyou for a lovely stay ."

"Close to Bateman's Bay without being in the ' city' quiet, Long beach is close and a really nice beach. accommodation was good, Beds were comfy and lots of place to escape the family. Dog friendly with nice walk out the back and enclosed area"

"This was the second time I've stayed at this property, the location and space available can't be beaten!The kitchen is so well stocked, we could always find the mixing bowl or oven dish that we needed. Plenty of places to relax and unwind, and so close to the beach with lovely walking trails nearby. I will certainly be back for a third time in the future!Thank you Matt and Georgia!"

Spider webs can been seen near the windows as we were trying to open them and on the door as well. One of the toilet has no toilet paper provided and hair was found in the ensuite toliet.
