"The house was perfect for a weekend girls trip! We were greeted with wine, snacks and beverages in the fridge upon arrival. Stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Beds were comfortable and quiet neighborhood. In back of the house is a pet friendly walking trail along the water - perfect spot to watch the sunset. Close to outlet mall, casino and restaurants. We drove up to the Tulip festival in Mt. Vernon on our final day. Perfect weekend!!!"

"The house was absolutely perfect for us!!! The huge kitchen allowed us to put flower arrangements together and the entire was so beautifully decorated and prepared!!! Very comfortable all around!!! Would highly recommend this property!! The check in was so easy as well! Thank you for helping provide a wonderful space to stay for our sons special night! "

"Stayed 2 nights. Property was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. Tons of nostalgia in the living room, most comfortable, beautiful chairs ever! I read for hours in there with the stunning lake as a backdrop.Even though this property allows pets you'd never know, not a single animal hair in sight.Hot tub was relaxing and clean. Sauna was also top notch. Property owner worked with us on a couple of our eccentricities/requests including an hour early check in.Lots of very clear instructions both...

"The property was very clean and very beautiful. The home was very well decorated and had all the amenities we needed plus more! The three bedrooms were big enough for our entire family to have room and the views from the entire house were amazing. This property sits on Lake Martha which was very peaceful and relaxing. The kayaks and paddle boat were available for use as well. There is a nice covered area with a fire pit that sits close to the dock and a nice deck on the house you can sit...

"The unit is above a garage- but description does not include stairs. Would not have booked if stairs mentioned. Says dining room table, instead has a sloping 1x6 shelf and 3 bar stools. Also no couch or chair, have to sit on the bed to watch tv. Needs a deep cleaning, "

"This was the perfect place for me and my 3 girlfriends to get away for the long weekend. The house is quaint and has everything we need. The view was gorgeous. The neighborhood is lovely. It has a walkable access road right along the water. Would stay here again!"

"Perfect location for a family vacation! The house was large, clean and cozy. It was well stocked with everything we needed! We really appreciated the big yard and numerous available activities for the yard, ie croquet, badminton, corn hole and of course the little wheels for the kids. We would definitely stay here again. "Chris hosted us for a short visit to the area. The room is clean and updated. The listing was accurate, and the bed was comfortable. I believe we were in the flight path for paine field but after a couple of early evening flyovers, it was quiet. The property is lovely and the view cannot be beat. "

"The layout of the house is good and it's comfortable for a large number of people. The house needs work. Flooring separated in several places in kitchen, door knobs not fully attached, some bad spots on the deck,the kitchen is poorly stocked when it comes to cookware. Paper towels are not provided which is strange. The beds are very firm"
