"I booked a room over the 4th of July. I was unable to travel because of a sick child. This hotel has been horrible in regards to getting reimbursed for a room I did not use. I even paid extra on the room in case of emergency situations. I filed a dispute for reimbursement and was told I would receive a response within 5 to 7 business days. It is now July 14th and have had no response. I talked several hotel staff and booking agency and thus far nobody has helped."

We lost the car keys and they didn't even went inside the office to look and said they don't have it but later at night when we came back and asked the front desk he went inside the office and got the lost keys."
