"Our family loved our stay at the Volcano Lodge. It was close to Fortuna and had an incredible view of the volcano. The pool and the 3 thermal hot springs areas were magical. The swim up bar in the hot spring pool was very unique. Breakfast was very tasty each morning and the staff was super friendly. Our bungalow room opened up on a patch of forest where we’d sit on chairs and watch a parade of exotic birds and butterflies fly by. We would highly recommended it!"

"Absolutely beautiful property with tons to do within the property. Well maintained trails perfect for beginners. The staff was very professional and pleasant. Free activities in the lodge were great, especially the guided hike with their very knowledgeable guide. Beautiful surrounding towns. The free breakfast at the restaurant on site was very good. Lunch and dinner on site were expensive so we drove about 10-15 minutes off property and there were tons of options. We booked an economy room in...

"Facilities were nice. Love the pool bar and many hot spring pools and different temps. Breakfast buffet was good. Bar food was not good. Didn’t eat lunch or dinner in the main restaurant so can’t speak on how they are. Price point is great for the property and value you receive"

"We were very exited to come to this place . But Randy on the front desk was very rude and unpleasant to talk to . He give us the information about our room and every thing but his attitude toward us was like he was mad to be there . First time come to this hotel and were received in a very disrespectful way and we got a very rude person just to start our stay . No good for business . "

"Enjoyed our stay here! Lots to do near this hotel. The little cafe next to the pool has great lattes and cappuccinos. The breakfast was okay. We enjoyed our dinner at one of the offered restaurants near the gravel area with the fire pits. The staff were friendly and welcoming. "
