The staff are all amazing and the property is very clean, except for the pools which gather leaves from the trees above, but I appreciate it’s impossible to avoid. "We loved the pools! Our girls had a great time on the water slides and we really liked how family friendly it is. Rooms are a bit dated but fine. Initially the property feels too big and spread out but after we got the lay of the land, we really liked it. We explored the lake by the lookout and it was lovely! The men renting kayaks and paddle boards were very sweet and we enjoyed talking to them and hearing about the history of Los Lagos. "

"The hotel was very nice and relaxing. What really set it apart was the hospitality. The staff is so accommodating and welcoming. Genesis and Kevin in particular really went above and beyond.
