"This place was amazing! I loved the setting near the river. The listing was very accurate and the attention to detail was superb. They had things like Kleenex boxes strategically placed and a fly swatter; gentle seemingly small touches that made it feel more like a home. Their beach towels were SUPER HUGE and the clean and uncluttered reality of the space was wonderful. I loved the deck and the patio. The kayaking was superb. "Beautiful little house in Waverly, right down the street from Waverly's businesses and dining options. Convenient parking in the driveway and a fenced in yard. Stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so be sure to hold the railing!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this at the house. We loved being in a wooded area by the river. The screened-in patio overlooking the water was the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or evening conversation. We especially loved gathering around the fire pit, reminiscing under the stars—it created such a cozy and memorable atmosphere. This home is ideal for get-togethers, with just the right balance of comfort and nature. We would definitely return!"

"It was a nice quiet, comfortable place to stay. Easy drive to any larger town but even for a small town good restaurants there in town."

"We had a wonderful day! It was a lovely March day in the 70s and we spent the afternoon outside on the picnic table watching the river and all the birds!! The house and the grounds are lovely. I’d highly recommend it to anyone."

"Great property. House was very clean. Outside was taken care of just as well. Loved being able to use the grill and fire pit. Excellent hosts. Loved that the spice cabinet was well stocked. Would definitely book again"

"Wonderful property for a large family. We had 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and have privacy. The view of the river was beautiful and we even did some fishing off the bank. The location is very private with only one neighbor.It was very hot weather during our stay but the additional a/c units kept it sufficiently cool. The projector room was a huge hit with the teens. The shared living room space was cozy.Plenty of space in the kitchen for cooking large meals....
