"Recommended. A spacious, secure, practical apartment in a good location ( next to Pompidou Center). Communication was via email only, and it was exceedingly courteous and efficient. The apartment has many luxurious touches ( faucets, light fixtures, etc). Boulangery ( pastry shop) , grocery store, innumerable restaurants nearby, including many ethnic restaurants, ice cream shops. We stayed with 3 kids. Washer/dryer, dishwasher helped. "WOW! This was such an incredible stay. The apartment is designed BEAUTIFULLY and such a vibe! Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was great. Every part of this apartment was so thoughtfully done, the apartment was a highlight of our trip. The neighborhood is super walkable and so close to all of our favorite restaurants and coffee shops. Communication leading up to the stay was great and really helpful. Only wish they had an earlier check in option, would’ve been happy to pay for an hour...

"Great location and apartment. Host was very communicative and pleasant to deal with. I’d recommend staying here to anyone. The floor above is doing construction so you can hear drilling and hammering during the day. The lights went out twice and we had mess with the circuit breaker to fix it. We weren’t running multiple appliances at the same time - we weren’t running the dishwasher or clothes washer or hair dryers either. "

"We were met at the door by our kind, cheerful host who helped us with our luggage and showed us around the apartment. He offered us support and local tips throughout our stay. "The property had a great location, but did not accurately describe the actual apartment. Two of the bedrooms were downstairs in an area with no windows and smelled like mildew. The water in both bathrooms and sinks turned to cold in about five minutes, so none of us could take a full shower with warm water.
