"The room was exactly like the photos, perfect for one person. The host was available and replied to my messages very fast, always making sure that I was enjoying my stay. The location, personally, couldn't have been better! I was at 3 minutes from the office, on top of that you are pretty much in the center of Le Marais, so you have everything at your disposal at a short walk for the apartment. I was really happy, and will definitely consider coming back."

"We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, conveniently situated next to RER hubs and Metro stations, making it easy to get around Paris. We stayed on the 5th floor, and the small Parisian balcony was a delightful surprise. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the city views. Another unexpected bonus was the free laundry facility on the 3rd floor, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. Highly recommend!"

"When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm.
