"Amazing rooms and breakfast. Perfect location Very helpful staff."

"This IS a great hotel! Clean and tastefully furnished facilities, spotless, great roof top and restaurant in the heart of Madrid! Best part is the staff and service. I was truly impressed as a hotel connoisseur! The staff is one of the best part of this gem. I’ll be back because this is a regular route for me!"

"Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel in good location. And wonderful to have access to coffee and juice and fruit and cookies at all hours and enjoy on the small balcony."

"The pool and spa facilities are glorious"

"Breakfast was excellent! Fantastic cappuccinos!! The hours for breakfast could be a bit earlier but they did offer to give us a packed one if needed. Staff was kind overall. Room was clean. A little more storage would be helpful. Overall a very central and comfortable stay."

"Location was great with many cafes, bakeries, shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the downtown sites and small streets to explore. Would definitely stay here again!"
