"This IS a great hotel! Clean and tastefully furnished facilities, spotless, great roof top and restaurant in the heart of Madrid! Best part is the staff and service. I was truly impressed as a hotel connoisseur! The staff is one of the best part of this gem. I’ll be back because this is a regular route for me!"

Horrible room that is unsafe in case of an evacuation emergency. The bathroom counter was very small and will not accommodate 2 people’s...
