"The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. The lady making the omelettes had a gift for making them but was not the friendliest. "The staff at the Hyatt were really friendly and welcoming. The shuttle was excellent and super speedy. My room on the 10th floor was clean, and the shower was especially good, with night lighting that came on with a sensor, and the gym was also really good.
