"The hotel was way over priced for only 4 days 3 nights! In Expedia my receipt total is $478.24 but the actual total my card was charged and the total Fourpoints emailed me on their receipt is $482.54. My card was charged $50 twice for the hold so it's pending $100 instead of $50. I checked out Sunday the 17th and 1 of the $50 is still pending. The halls smelled bad like urine. The walls were really thin! I could hear people next door in both sides of the room. The breakfast was just ok cold hard...

"Beautiful property. Fairly easy access to beaches. Plenty of outside games, tables and extras throughout. Doorman at the entrance made you feel welcome and gave info about the area. Can’t wait to go back."

"I reserved a room with partial ocean view I was given a room on the 1st floor where the view was blocked by a tent asked if higher floor was available was told yes for 42.00 more i was not happy about that especially since there was many rooms available Thursday night I traveled all the way there to look at a tent not happy. "Checked in, was not shown how to get to room, last room of the 3 buildings, construction cranes outside the windows. Elderly mother couldn't walk around there, roaches in room, no cold water, shower falling apart, nothing like the photos or the room I reserved. Remotes did not work. Was told to go to maintenance for batteries.. never found them. Carpets so dirty, your feet were black . They refused to move us unless we paid for an upgrade After 3 days of arguing with them, we had too check...

"Convenient location.Rooms were cleaned everyday. Cleaning staff was polite and thorough. Breakfast not included but available. Pool was nice but small. There was a terrible mildew smell from the air conditioner. They cleaned it which improved the smell but it was still there. I could’ve changed rooms and really sorry I didn’t. I would’ve gave 4stars but won’t because of the smell. They should also provide blankets that aren’t as thin as a piece of paper."

"The room was recently renovated and it was pretty clean. I enjoyed the beach view. I got a room with a kitchenette which was nice too. The sliding glass door was very hard to open. The bathroom could have used some type of hooks to hang towels and clothes, it would have been helpful if the kitchen are had more lighting. The staff were nice. There was no housekeeping the whole time we were there from Monday evening until Saturday morning which was very different disappointing. In the middle of...
