"We were five mature women looking for the full tuscan experience and we found it. The villa is as beautiful as described. Spacious rooms, big kitchen and the pool area was lovely. The outdoor breakfast area was especially popular for morning coffees. If you go, though, you must have a car as public transportation is not easily accessible. The kitchen is well equipped but was missing some basic food supplies, such as salt and pepper, spices or paper towels. I would also have expected there to be...

"Das Bauernhaus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage in den Hügeln südlich von Fossombrone. Die Bilder zeigen genau wie es ist. Es ist keine nagelneue Villa wie sie andernorts wie Pilze aus dem Boden schiessen. Das Ferienhaus hat seinen Charm und es hat alles was man benötigt. Vor allem die riesige Terrasse und der große Pool sind super. Die letzten Kilometer von Fossombrone sind landestypisch kleine Straßen, aber man kann problemlos ohne SUV dort hin fahren. Beim Einkaufen sollte man trotzdem nichts...

"We have spent a wonderful Family week in the Villa Mery. The house is big and well equipped and the pool is an great advantage."

"Wir (8 Erwachsene und 7 Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Arsicci bei Paolo. Nach dem freundlichen Empfang hat es uns im Haus selbst an nichts gefehlt. Mehr als genügend Platz im Haus für alle Aktivitäten, Highlight der wunderschöne Billardtisch im UG sowie die liebevolle Einrichtung aller Zimmer. Doch das absolut beste an der Unterkunft war der riesige Park mit wunderschönem Pool. Wir hoffen noch einmal zurück zu kommen!"

"The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day. We will definitely come back again in the future. I can sincerely recommend this facility to everyone seeking quiet, peaceful holliday in a beautiful authentic setting in Umbria. "

"We were a family of 13 persons living here for one week in May 2024. The whole property is very nice and well maintained. But there are some greenery on the tiles outside the house, and when it is raining it gets very slippery. One lady in our group fell and broke her ancle - so this greenery is important to remove. For all the rest - highly recommended."
